Let us help you host – Financial Assistance Information

This year we introduced a new pricing model for IF:Local in order to streamline and simplify hosting. Because we are transitioning this year, we know that some hosts may not have the funds or budget to pay for the licensing fee. It is so important to us that women are not held back from hosting IF:Local by financial barriers. To this end, we’re introducing two ways that we’re helping you host IF:Local.

1) Deferred Payment – We will allow hosts the ability to pay the full licensing fee after the event. Collect a ticket price from your attendees to help offset the expense and send payment for your event license fee to IF:Gathering no later than March 28, 2019.

2) Full Scholarship – If you are in a situation where the licensing fee and charging a ticket price to your attendees are complete barriers to gathering women in your local area, then we have IF:Local hosting scholarships available. We’d love to know more about your barriers, so we may follow up with your request with a few questions in order assist you in gaining scholarship.
